Clay is a dedicated and dependable Branch Owner and Strategic Mortgage Consultant working with the purpose-driven professionals at First Priority Financial under the dba., Rooftop Lending.
Clay lives in San Jose and has been married to Martha for 3 years. He and Martha work as a team, creating a seamless transaction for their clients. Clay handles Client Consultations and Strategy and Martha is the Loan Manager, handling pricing and document management. With a strong drive and lots of ambition Clay started his first business at the young age of 20 and has opened and operated 4 additional companies in the Automotive Field, Marketing and Real Estate before becoming a Strategic Mortgage Consultant. Clay was recently an advisor to 60 Minutes, a nationally televised program, for a segment about foreclosures, the mortgage market and what the credit crunch means to home owners. He has also been featured on MarketWatch.com, is regularly featured in several local newspapers and was a columnist for the Mountain House Times. Clay was also interviewed by RealtyTrac.com, a well known foreclosure service, as well as from By Referral Only, a Real Estate and Mortgage Training Academy.
